MUCOBADI is led by Moses Mutumba, who serves as the Executive Director. Moses has been with the organization for over 15 years, starting as a volunteer and gradually rising through the ranks. With his extensive experience in community development work, he has been instrumental in the growth and success of MUCOBADI. Moses is supported by a team of highly dedicated staff who work tirelessly to ensure that the organization’s programs are implemented effectively.
Under Moses’ leadership, MUCOBADI has continued to expand its reach and impact in the community. He has been successful in forging partnerships with local and international organizations, which has enabled MUCOBADI to access additional resources and expertise to support its programs. Through his vision and guidance, the organization has been able to develop innovative and sustainable solutions to the challenges faced by the communities it serves.

The senior management team includes the Director of Finance and Operations, who is responsible for managing the financial resources of the organization and overseeing day-to-day operations.
The Director of Monitoring, Learning and Evaluation is responsible for ensuring that the organization’s programs are effectively monitored and evaluated, to ensure that they are achieving their intended impact.
The Director of Programs is responsible for overseeing the implementation of all programs, ensuring that they are in line with the organization’s strategic direction.
The Procurement Manager is responsible for ensuring that the organization’s procurement processes are transparent, efficient and effective.
The Finance Manager is responsible for ensuring that the organization’s financial management systems are in place, and that they comply with relevant laws and regulations.
The Project Managers, on the other hand, are responsible for the day-to-day implementation of specific projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget and to the required standards.
The Human Resource Manager is responsible for ensuring that the organization’s human resources policies and practices are aligned with best practices and that the organization has the right talent to achieve its goals.
